FairForge is an independent recreational paintball companion for iPhone. Whether you run company games, weekend rec matches, or a regular crew, it helps you organize sessions without spreadsheets or guesswork.
Inside the app you build a skill-aware roster, forge balanced teams, run live Match Day scores, train weak dimensions, and plan field outings from HQ. Your roster, sessions, gear, and drills stay on your device.
FairForge is not affiliated with any paintball field, league, manufacturer, or equipment brand. It is a standalone organizer for recreational play.
Privacy policy
Your field records stay on your device.
FairForge is designed around local storage. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not sell your personal information.

This Privacy Policy describes how FairForge (the “Application”) handles information when you use our recreational paintball team builder for iPhone. The Application is provided by Kerry Howell (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Information We Collect
FairForge does not require an account, sign-up, or login. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location inside the app. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising networks, or crash-reporting SDKs.
The following data is stored locally on your device only:
- Player roster, roles, skill ratings, tags, and notes
- Match sessions, scores, event logs, and MVP votes
- Drill completions, training streak, and quiz progress
- Outing plans, packing lists, and gear locker entries
- Achievements, milestones, lineup presets, and app preferences
- Widget snapshot data shared via an App Group on your device
Optional Weather Peek
If you use the optional weather peek while planning an outing, the app may send geographic coordinates to Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) solely to retrieve a forecast. Your roster, sessions, and other local data are not transmitted with that request. If the request fails, the app falls back to offline guidance.
How We Use Information
Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to profile, share, or sell. All features — Roster, Forge, Match Day, Train, HQ, and Widgets — operate using data stored on your device.
Data Storage & Retention
Content remains in the app’s private storage on your device. There is no cloud sync and no remote backup operated by us. You can wipe local storage anytime with Clear All Data in Setup, or uninstall the Application to remove associated data.
System Features
Optional Live Activities and Home Screen widgets use Apple’s system frameworks on your device. We do not receive Lock Screen or widget content on our servers.
Children’s Privacy
The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted to us, the app aligns with COPPA and similar child-privacy standards.
Your Control
Edit or delete local content at any time through the app. Clearing all data or deleting the Application permanently removes associated local records from your device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect app improvements or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. The core commitment — local storage, no accounts, no sale of personal data — will not change without clear notice.
